Returns from Ireland
28 days to return
You have 28 days from receiving your order to return plain, non-customised items. They must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags and packaging.
Returning by post
Returns come back to us in Belfast by post. You arrange and pay for the return unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us and is checked, we aim to refund within 5 working days. Original delivery charges are not refundable unless the goods were faulty.
Branded items
Customised garments are made just for you, so they cannot be returned unless faulty. Check sizes before you order branded kit.

No. All Irish orders ship from our Northern Ireland unit in Belfast, so there is no customs or import duty to pay on delivery.
Are there any extra charges when my parcel arrives in Ireland?
No customs or import duty is charged on delivery because your order ships from our Belfast unit in Northern Ireland. The delivery charge shown at checkout (€5.99, or free over €99) is the delivery charge you pay.

How long does delivery to Ireland take?
Delivery to the Republic of Ireland takes 2–4 working days after dispatch. Plain items are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days; branded orders typically take 7–10 working days to produce first.

Delivery is €5.99 on orders under €99, and free on orders of €99 or more.
Is there free delivery to Ireland?
Yes, standard delivery is free on orders of €99 or more.
Do you deliver to all counties in Ireland?
We deliver to addresses across the Republic of Ireland. If you have an unusual address or site delivery, get in touch before ordering.

Returns from Ireland
Can I return items from Ireland?
Yes. You have 28 days from receiving your order to return plain, non-customised items that are unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags and packaging.
Who pays for returns from Ireland?
You arrange and pay for the return postage unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Can I add my company logo when ordering from Ireland?

How much does logo branding cost in euro?
