Embroidery is £3.99 + VAT and print is £3.99 + VAT, with no extra charge for the number of colours, logo size or design complexity. On your first branded order a one-off setup fee may apply (£9.99 + VAT for embroidery or print), and once your logo is on file you won't be charged setup again for the same design.

Embroidery is stitched into the garment and suits polos, jackets and caps. For print we use DTF, screen printing or vinyl, and if you choose 'print' our team picks the most suitable method for your artwork and garment. Screen printing suits bulk orders of t-shirts and hoodies, and DTF suits detailed or full-colour logos. If you're not sure, email sales@theworkwearco.com and we'll advise.

Yes. Embroidery and print are each a single rate of £3.99 + VAT, with no extra charge for logo size, number of colours or design complexity (larger back designs are priced separately). Once your logo is on file, you won't be charged setup again for the same design on future orders.

Yes. Our Hi-Vis T-Shirts collection includes styles certified to EN ISO 20471; check each product page for its class. We keep logos off the fluorescent and reflective areas so the visible area isn't reduced.

Branded orders take 7–10 working days in production, and plain items 2–4 working days. Once your order is dispatched, delivery is next day to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, or 1–2 working days to Great Britain. You can also collect free from our trade counter in Belfast. If you have an urgent deadline, email sales@theworkwearco.com as early as possible and we'll do our best to help.

Yes. UK delivery (Northern Ireland, England, Scotland and Wales) is free on orders over £99 ex VAT and £5.99 ex VAT below that. Delivery after dispatch is next day to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, and 1–2 working days to Great Britain. Republic of Ireland delivery is free over €99 and €5.99 below that. We don't currently deliver outside the UK and the Republic of Ireland.

Non-customised items can be returned within 28 days of receiving your order, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached. Customised items can't be returned unless they're faulty, in which case we'll replace them. If an item is faulty or we sent the wrong one, we'll arrange the return for you.
