Collection: Contact Cold Level 3 Gloves (EN 511)

It's the second digit of the EN 511 code, covering insulation when you touch or hold a cold object. Level 3 is on a scale of 0 to 4, where 4 gives the most insulation.

Longer freezer work, handling frozen goods and contact with very cold metal surfaces.

They're thicker than lighter cold gloves, so fine work is harder. Choose a style with a grip coating and pre-curved fingers if you need to pick small items.

Check the third EN 511 digit. A 1 means water didn't get through in the 30-minute test, which matters for wet cold work such as fishing and ice handling.
